Hello there, and welcome to my blog! My name is Kristina, and I am a former U.S. Army soldier who served from November 2016 to March 2020. I am excited to share my journey towards optimal health and wellness with you.
During my time in the military, I experienced firsthand how demanding and stressful a busy lifestyle can be. Between intense physical training, long hours, and the pressure to perform, neglecting my well-being was all too easy. However, when I suffered a severe injury that required me to be medically discharged, I learned the hard way just how important it is to prioritize my health.
After leaving the military, I made it my mission to better care of my body and mind. I started focusing on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other healthy habits. In the process, I discovered a passion for all things related to health and wellness.
That's why I started this blog—to share my own experiences, insights, and tips on how to stay healthy, fit, and happy, even in the midst of a busy schedule. With a focus on holistic health, I'll cover a wide range of topics, from nutrition and fitness to mindfulness and self-care. You'll also find personal anecdotes and stories as I share my triumphs and struggles on this journey.
